Web/Maintenance

Your website taken care of, every month.

A website that nobody maintains is a security incident waiting to happen, a performance problem slowly getting worse, and a first impression that gets a little more outdated every week. Websites aren't finished — they're running.

Why it matters

Neglected websites don't stay safe or fast for long.

WordPress alone releases security patches multiple times per year, and plugins and themes require updates even more frequently. Every version left unpatched is a known vulnerability with a known exploit. The businesses that get hacked aren't targeted specifically — they're the ones whose plugins show a version that attackers know is vulnerable. Maintenance is how you stay off that list.

Beyond security, websites degrade. Images that haven't been optimized slow pages down. Broken links accumulate as external sites change. Forms stop working when third-party services update their APIs. Contact information becomes outdated. Content that was accurate two years ago is now wrong. A monthly maintenance routine catches all of it before a customer or a Google crawler does.

Content changes are part of real website maintenance too. Business hours change, team members join and leave, services expand, prices update. Your website should reflect your business today, not when it launched. We handle content updates as part of maintenance plans so you don't need to log in to fix a typo or update a phone number.

Maintenance
What we deliver

What's included every month.

Plugin & Core Updates
All WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates applied and tested monthly — the single most important thing you can do for site security.
Daily Backups
Automated daily backups stored offsite so your site can be restored completely in the event of a hack, a bad update, or an accidental deletion.
Uptime Monitoring
24/7 monitoring that alerts us immediately if your site goes down so we can respond — not wait for you to notice and email us.
Security Scanning
Automated malware scanning and file integrity monitoring that catches intrusions early, before they can spread or damage your reputation.
Content Updates
Minor text, image, and content changes handled within the plan — hours updates, team photos, service list changes, and anything else that doesn't require new page design.
Monthly Report
A brief monthly summary of what was updated, what the site's uptime and performance look like, and any issues that were caught and resolved.

“We got hacked twice before we signed up for maintenance. Zero issues in three years since. The peace of mind alone is worth it, but knowing someone is actually watching the site is the part I couldn't put a price on.”

FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

WordPress is the primary platform we maintain. We also support Next.js, Webflow, and custom-built sites. If your site runs on something else, tell us about it and we'll let you know what maintenance coverage looks like.
New page builds, major redesigns, and significant new functionality are scoped as separate projects. Maintenance plans cover keeping what exists running well, not building new things.
We fix it. Security incidents and major technical failures are covered under maintenance plans. We restore from backup, investigate the cause, and implement preventative measures. You don't get a separate invoice for emergency work that falls within maintenance scope.
Yes. Maintenance plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days' notice to close out the account cleanly and hand off credentials and documentation.
Yes. You don't need to have built your site with us to enroll in a maintenance plan. We'll do an initial audit of your current site to understand what we're taking on, then begin regular maintenance from there.

Stop hoping nothing goes wrong. Know it won't.
