No. There is absolutely no commitment when you purchase a Flex package. You won't have to sell your soul here.
We can use Flex hours for basically anything you want, design, development, marketing, you name it. The only exceptions applied are your hours are not able to be used on ad spend for paid marketing campaigns and or for printing marketing materials.
There are no refunds. We can help to guide you in determining how many hours you may need to get your tasks accomplished, but if you have leftover hours, these can't be refunded.
No. You'll get the rate that's determined by the number of hours you choose for your package.
Our team tracks the hours worked on your objectives, and we provide regular reports detailing how time was spent. This ensures transparency and helps you understand the value received.
Yes, it can! We have clients who manage multiple companies with various objectives. As long as you don't exceed the block of hours you purchased, we can allocate the time across your different companies accordingly.
This is a great question! Typically, hiring a team that includes a graphic designer, web designer, web developer, and digital marketing specialist (SEO/PPC) can cost up to $300,000 a year. With us, you get access to a top-tier team along with a dedicated project manager who collaborates with you on each project. This way, you're saving hundreds of thousands of dollars!
Absolutely! You can allocate your hours any way you like. We would deduct the time it takes to monthly manage your campaign from your purchased block of hours. However, any Google Ads spend would be your responsibility. For example, if you have a landscaping company and purchased a 60-hour block, and your campaign budget is $3000 with our management fee being approximately $750 (about 7.5 hours), you would cover the $3000 ad spend, and we would deduct 7.5 hours from your 60-hour block on a monthly basis.
Graphic design, yes. Printing, no. You are responsible for any costs associated with printing. We'll handle the design, and you take care of the rest.
