Dsquared Media Hub and Google account data
Dsquared Media Hub, available at hub.dsquaredmedia.net, lets an authorized user connect a Google account to view and manage marketing information for websites and business profiles the user controls. The Hub requests only the Google permissions needed for the connected features the user chooses to use.
Google data the Hub accesses
- Google account information, including the connected account's email address, name, and basic profile information.
- Google Analytics data, including properties, traffic, acquisition, engagement, and conversion reporting data.
- Google Search Console data, including verified sites, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and position data.
- Google Ads data, including accessible accounts and campaign performance used in reporting.
- Google Business Profile data, including accessible locations, business profile details, performance, reviews, and content used in the Hub's local-marketing features.
How the Hub uses Google data
The Hub uses this data to connect the correct account and property, display dashboards and reports, measure marketing performance, identify issues and opportunities, and produce user-requested audits and recommendations. Google Business Profile actions, such as publishing content, updating profile information, or responding to a review, are performed only when an authorized user explicitly requests and confirms the action. Google data is not used for unrelated purposes.
Storage and security
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and protected in transit. Access is scoped to the authorized user and website account. We retain connection tokens while the integration remains connected. We retain cached or derived reporting data only as needed to provide the Hub's features, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing, service providers, and artificial intelligence
We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, or lending. We share Google user data only with infrastructure and processing providers that help us operate the user-facing Hub features, and only to the extent needed to provide those features. When a user requests an AI-assisted audit, explanation, or recommendation, relevant marketing data may be processed by our AI service providers solely to return that user-facing result. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Disconnecting Google and deleting data
A user can disconnect a Google integration in the Hub and can revoke the Hub's access through the third-party connections page in the user's Google Account. Disconnecting revokes or removes the stored OAuth connection so the Hub can no longer request new data. To request deletion of Google-derived data or other personal information associated with an account, email [email protected]. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Dsquared Media Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
